At East Ocean Strategies, we take a proactive approach. We aim to help innovators protect their personal and business interests for their peace of mind and the well-being of their families.
As an independent agent, we can access various insurers to offer a wide range of insurance products. Not all products are available in every state. We are a woman-owned, minority-owned U.S. company. East Ocean Strategies can educate on legal concepts and sell legal forms, but we do not create a client-attorney relationship.

Toni Zavana possesses a foundational set of solid values that include hard work, strong ethics, and a spirit of collaboration, all of which serve as the hallmark of her professional career as well as her personal life. In addition to earning the prestigious Juris Doctor degree awarded by the David A. Clarke School of Law, located in Washington, DC, Toni Zavana also holds a Master of Science degree in Human Services with a specialization in Organizational Management and Leadership. She is a commissioned notary public in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a licensed insurance agent operating in multiple states, holding distinctions in health, life, and annuities coverage, including designation as a Certified All Lines Adjuster (FL). Toni is a decades-long member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
Toni Zavana is not only an avid world traveler—exploring both land and sea—but she is also a passionate beachgoer and a budding bicyclist. When she is not spending quality time with her family and cherished loved ones, you can often find Toni engaging in a leisurely walk at the park or enjoying some time in the sauna, where she works up a good sweat.
